How quickly can I get a VA started?

Are your VAs HIPAA trained?

Yes. Every VA completes HIPAA training, signs NDAs, and works through secure, audited environments.

What does pricing look like?

Transparent monthly rates based on hours and role. No recruiting fees, benefits, or hidden costs. Custom quotes after your discovery call.

What if the VA isn't a good fit?

We replace, retrain, or refund* applies only to unused, prepaid hours (e.g., remaining hours not yet worked when a contract ends). A 2-week notice policy applies to both clients and VAs for any cancellation or transition.

Do they know our software (eClinicalWorks, Athena, Kareo, etc.) ?

We match based on existing software experience whenever possible. Custom software onboarding and workflow training are also available when needed.

Can I scale up or down?

Yes. Add hours, add roles, or pause with notice. The agency model is built for flexibility.
